2016 FROM A SMALL TACO CART OUTSIDE OF A HOUSE
Fernando and his family, with humble beginnings, began selling tacos in 2016 from his driveway and garage in Utah County.
2017 FAMILY ALWAYS CAME FIRST
The Jurassic Tacos Brand has evolved tremendously from food carts, trailers, and trucks, to now strongly pushing into the brick and mortar stores. Family has continued to be woven into the fabric of our business.
2020 BETWEEN STRUGGLE AND BLESSINGS
In 2020, the concept consisted mainly of catering trucks and outdoor gathering and events. The COVID-19 pandemic forced us to improve our mobile food services.
2020 TIME TO GROW, TIME TO RISK TO WIN!
That didn't stop Jurassic Tacos from making a bold move and opening its first brick and mortar location in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Since then, Fernando and the Jurassic Tacos team have not looked back.
2022 CONSOLIDATE IS THE WORD
Summer of 2022 it was decided to create a "Licensing Agreement" that would allow raving fans and investors to aid in the expansion of the brand. Stepping in and buying rights to operate as a partner in Jurassic Tacos franchises.
FUTURE SKY IS THE LIMIT!
It has been an amazing journey, but we know this is only the beginning. We have so much to do, many friends to meet, and lots of more partners, but above it all, so many smiles to be sparked with tacos.
