When you submit a catering or food truck request, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, event type, event date, event address and city, guest count, meal type, and the food quantities you select. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence so we can respond.

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare a quote, coordinate and staff your event, and follow up about your booking. We may also use it to keep internal records of past events and to contact you about your existing or upcoming order.

We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on third parties to operate the site and our business. Online food orders are handled by Square through links on this site, and your order and payment information is processed under Square's own privacy policy — we never receive or store your full payment card details. Catering request form submissions are stored in our hosted database and delivered by email to our catering team using an email delivery provider.

Our site uses cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary for the site to function, such as keeping an administrator signed in. Third-party pages we link to, including our online ordering menus and social profiles, set their own cookies once you leave our site.

We keep catering request records for as long as we need them to service your event and to maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete your request information at any time and we will remove it unless we are required to keep it.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as promptly as we can.

Our website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
